How do I find a member’s email address and/or telephone number?

To find a club member’s contact information on Clubforce, take the following steps:

1. Log in to the Clubforce Admin Panel
2. Click on Memberships in the left-hand menu
3. From the sub-menu choose “Search your Members”
4. Search using any available information you have relating to the member, who paid the membership
   1. NB: You can enter the person’s first name, surname etc. to get their full details
5. The search result will give you the address, email and telephone number of the member.
6. If more than one member appears in the search result, you can sort the list by different criteria to find the relevant member.

From the search result you will also be able to take additional actions such as Edit Status, Edit Form Details, Print Preview and Cancel Membership.
