The Programmes option is a new feature that can be used to place your created registration plans into a container that will enhance the club's organisation, reporting and administration tasks. This will allow you to organise your plans by season, club sections, fundraising levels etc.
The Programmes option is found under the Registrations side navigation bar. This was previously titled Membership but has been replaced with “Registrations” as this menu option is used to house all club registration- type products e.g. memberships, camps, courses.
On the Club Programmes section, you will see the Title, Start and End dates of each created programme. If you have previously created plans, then these will be automatically assigned to an “Initial season”. This programme can be edited to suit the club’s naming and date conventions if required by clicking on the Edit Details button in the Action tab to the right. A programme can only be removed if there are no plans assigned to it. Once a programme has some plans, it cannot be deleted. To delete a programme, move those plans to another programme by editing the plans individually.
To create a new programme, simply click on the blue Create Programme button
All that is required is a Title, Start and End date. When plans are copied from one programme to another, those plans will automatically take the programme’s dates but they can be altered individually if required. When you're happy with the inputted settings, click the blue Create Programme again to save it.
Once you have created a programme, you will be asked if you want to return to the programmes page or go to the Registrations page. By returning to the programmes page you will remain on the current screen where you will be able to view and edit all existing programmes. Clicking Go To Registrations will take you to the registration plans page where you can begin to populate your newly created programme with plans.
