Once a programme has been created - you can now start adding plans to this programme. This can be done in two ways;
1) Copied from another programme in bulk,
or
2) individually when creating a new plan.
1) Copying plans from one programme to another
Clicking on the COPY REGISTRATIONS button will take you to the first step of adding plans to your new programme.
On this screen, you must first select a programme you wish to copy from. A programme is only selectable when it has plans assigned to it. If it is completely empty i.e. has no plans assigned to it, then there is nothing to copy from and so, cannot be selected.
When you select the programme you want to copy plans from or, “source programme” the system will display all plans and bundles, in all statuses, that are included in that programme.
Once you have selected your source programme, you must now choose which programme you want to copy plans to or your “Destination programme”. This should usually be the newest programme that you have just created but other programmes can be also selected if required.
After selecting your destination programme, you can now begin to choose plans from the source programme on the left to copy to the destination programme on the right. Any existing plans in the destination programme will also be loaded in the table directly below.
Plans can be easily added to the destination programme by clicking on its adjacent checkbox. If a plan is added by mistake simply click the X on the right to remove it. If you select a bundle, all plans included in that bundle will automatically be added with it. This ensures bundles are copied exactly to the new programme. The system will prevent you from removing a plan that is included in a bundle.
At the bottom of this page you will be asked if you would like to also copy the multi-plan discounts that exist for those plans in the source programme. By keeping it toggled on, you will keep the same multi-plan discounts to apply to the copied plans in the destination programme.
Once you are happy with the plans you wish to copy click the blue Continue button to proceed to the next step.
On the next page, you will be to apply edits to the selected plans in bulk. The plan’s subscription dates are automatically taken from the programme but can be edited if required. You can also edit the DOB range and/or the installment options for your selected plans.
The last step is to finalise the plans by saving them as draft or publishing. If you have selected a bundle to be copied, all those related plans, along with the bundle itself must be published by default. You can unpublish the bundle and plans individually if required. If there are no bundles included, then all plans are to be saved as draft to complete the process.
Once completed, those selected plans with any updated details will get copied and will now appear on the Registrations plans page. This page will have a new programme filter that will allow you to filter the plans by a programme.
2) Assigning a programme to a new plan
This is done simply by selecting an available programme in a new drop down field on Step 1 of the creating Membership plan flow.
Once you proceed the each step and create your membership plan, this plan will be added to the assigned programme you selected.
