How do I transfer money from Clubforce to our club bank account?

To transfer funds to your nominated club bank account, you will need to activate the “Transfer to Bank (TTB)” functionality in your Clubforce admin panel.

To transfer funds (or to check if TTB has been activated):

1. Navigate to the home screen by clicking on “Main” at the top of the left-hand menu and click “Home”
2. Scroll down below “Account Summaries & Balances” to see a series of buttons including “Transfer to Bank Account”
3. To transfer funds, specify the amount you wish to transfer and click Submit

Depending on which bank your club uses, this may take 1-3 working days to show in your club’s bank account.
