How can I reschedule or cancel a recurring Membership payment?

If your club has recurring membership payments activated, then you will be able to view/modify and cancel these payments at any time through the Future Payments feature in the admin panel. This allows your club to maintain flexibility on when your members pay their recurring fees.

To access Future Payments;

1. Log in to the Clubforce admin panel
2. On the left-hand menu click “Accounts”
3. From the sub-menu choose “Future Payments”

The next page will show you a table of members who are currently on recurring memberships. The name, start date and last date of payments, Membership Details and Status will be listed for each member. The options to cancel or re-schedule a payment will be listed on the right hand side of this table.

You will have the option to sort the list and filter your search based on current status or by entering a name in the search functions above the table. You can also export this list via Excel and Print options.

Each membership will be colour coded depending on it’s status. Memberships that haven’t been modified since purchase will be Green, Rescheduled Payments will be Amber while Cancelled payments will be marked Red.

To reschedule a payment, simply click the Pause Icon. On the next page, you will see details of the members registration, including the installment amount and total paid to date. Below these details will be a table listing Payment Date, Status, the Card Expiry Date and a checkbox.

Select a date and time that you want to re-schedule until and click the checkbox. To save this change, click on Re-schedule button.  If there is more than one payment listed then simply repeat this process.

It’s important to note that you can only Re-schedule up to three months into the future.

To cancel recurring membership payments for a member, click on the Cancel icon to the left of the Pause Icon. All you will need to do on the next page is click the checkbox(es) for the item(s) you want to cancel and then click on the Cancel Payments button.

The member will be notified via email of the update to their membership payment.
