Can I create Discount Codes?

Yes, the Discount Coupons feature on the admin panel enables your Club to create discount codes for your members to use when they register online with Clubforce. If you do not see this option available on your admin panel, then please contact Clubforce to activate it.

1. Log in to the Clubforce Admin Panel
2. Click on Accounts in the left-hand menu
3. From the sub-menu choose “Discount Coupons”

On screen you will see a side menu with 4 options.

Discount Coupons - will present will produce a list of all Coupons that have been created on the admin panel.
New Multiple Use Coupons - will allow you to create a Code that can be used more than once on the system.
New Single Discount Coupons - will allow you to create Codes that can only be used once on the system
Coupon Report. - allows you can view a list of all members who have availed of the discount codes you’ve created online. It will list the members name & email and the date/time of the Discount Code they used and what amount was discounted.
