How do I compare the Gross and Net figures for Membership / Lotto / Tickets

You can compare the Gross and Net figures from a members registration or Lotto ticket by running either an Accounts Summary or Accounts Summary Report.

To access these reports:

1. Log in to the Clubforce Admin Panel
2. Click on “Reports” in the left-hand menu
3. Choose either "Accounts Summary" or “Account Summary Daily” from the sub-menu
4. Input the date range you wish to see the report for and hit "Find"

You will see an overview of income earned across different streams for this given time period. On the left hand side of the report, you will see Lotto and Membership figures tallied. The Gross column and Net column will be side-by-side for each summarised transaction. You can scroll to the bottom of this report to get a full total for these columns.
