How do I check membership payments that are in arrears?

If your club allows payments by instalment, it’s possible that members are in payment arrears. To check, create a report by taking the following steps.  

1. Log in to the Clubforce admin panel
2. From the left-hand menu choose Membership
3. From the sub-menu choose Search Submitted Members
4. Create a new report or use a pre-existing template making sure to include instalment related fields to the report
5. Scroll back to the top and click “Save & Export”

You can also click on the Membership Arrears Report in the Reports tab to produce a spreadsheet on screen of outstanding arrears.
