The likelihood is that there is more than one email address associated with that member. For example, one parent may have registered children in 2018 and the other parent may have done so in 2019 using a different email address. The Clubforce system will not recognise this difference.
Search the member by their Surname to verify if payment has been made under a different account (e.g. same child’s name, address, DOB).
