How can I report on membership by type / gender ?

You can quickly and easily see a breakdown of your club membership in Clubforce by membership type (adult/juvenile etc.) and by gender by using the Club Secretary’s Report.

1. Log in to the Clubforce Admin Panel
2. Click on “Reports” in the left-hand menu
3. Choose “Club Secretary’s Report” from the sub-menu

Scroll down the page to see the pie-chart and table on membership type, followed by a chart on gender ratio. This will show you how balanced a membership profile you have across your member account. (e.g. ratio of boys to girls etc.)

You can also choose to create a quick report under Search Submitted Members that will include the D.O.B. and Gender of all members.
