You cannot change a membership plan/option a member has selected when they registered online. The only way to correct Members who have selected the wrong plan during online registration will be to give them a refund before asking them to re-register again. This will ensure the correct fee is paid and that all reporting is accurate for this member.
You will need the Member ID of the incorrect registration they completed in order to process a refund.
Log in to the Clubforce admin panel
- From the left-hand menu choose Accounts
- From the sub-menu choose Refunds
- Click on Add New Refund
Please note that you will only be able to refund registrations processed within the previous 3 months.
