How can I search for members born in a specific year?

You can use the Search by D.O.B. feature to find a list a members born in a specific year.

1. Log in to the Clubforce Admin Panel
2. Click on “Memberships” in the left-hand menu
3. Choose “Search by D.O.B” from the sub-menu.

Search DOB includes From: and To: fields allowing to focus on a specific year eg. 01/01/2008 to 31/12/2008. You can also refine the search to focus on the current Membership form active for your club and/or by Gender as well. Once you've entered your Search parameters, Click on Next on the top right hand side of the page to continue.

On the next page, you will be able to add additional headings to your report. These can range from name, address, payment information etc. These headings cannot be saved for future reports in this section of the admin panel. To download your report, click on the Export button.

You can also choose to create a quick report under Search Submitted Members.
