If you have forgotten your password to your Connect login, then you will be able to reset it at any time.
After inputting your email on the log-in screen, you’ll be asked to input your password. Below the blue Sign in button, there will be a Forgot password button. Click on this to proceed.
On the next screen, there will be a Reset Password button below your inputted email address. Clicking this will send a verification code to this email address, so make sure this is the correct email before clicking the button.
Above is an example of the email you will receive, with your verification code.
This verification code will expire so please ensure it is entered in a timely fashion on the App. If you did not get a code, or if the code you received has expired, you will be able to resend the email with a new code.
After inputting your verification code, you’ll be asked to set a new password for your account. There will be certain conditions imposed on the creation of this new password. It will need to have
- At least one lower case letter
- At least one upper case letter
- At least one number
- A minimum of 8 characters
- And be no longer than 30 characters maximum
As you input your new password, green ticks will appear beside each condition. This will indicate if your new password is secure enough to be saved on your account. You will not be able to proceed if one or more of these conditions has not been met.
Once these conditions have been met, you can confirm your password before clicking the blue Change Password button. Your new password will be saved and you will be able to continue to the App.
