How do I add a 2nd contact for Group Notifications and Messages?

If you wish to add an additional contact for notifications, whether they are the other parent or a guardian, you will be able to add their details directly through the Connect App.

First, you will need into the App on your device. Once logged in to your Account, you will click the circle with your initials on the top right of the home screen to bring up your Account Menu.

On the Account Menu, you will see an option titled 'Family Profiles'. This will list all Juvenile members connected to your account. Beside each Juvenile member listed will be a blue add icon that will allow you to input the details of the Parent/Guardian you wish to add.

You will need to add the name and email of the contact you wish to add. Once these are inputted, click the blue Send Invite button. This will send an Invite via email to that contact.

The contact will receive an email letting them know they have have been invited by the primary account holder and how to accept the invite. There will be links to download the Clubforce Connect in the email invite.

If the contact has an existing Clubforce account, they can login to the app to accept or decline the invite. If they don’t have an existing account, they will receive a verification code within the email to create an account.

Once the contact has accepted the invite, they will then receive all future invites for upcoming and future events, they’ll be included in the group chat of any group the Juvenile is in. They will also see club news posts, children's participation insights and all other features/functions.
