Clubforce Connect is a powerful way to communicate with your group in a club whether it’s a squad, group of volunteers or committee.
Download the App
- Download the app: get the Clubforce Connect app on your mobile device. This link below will direct you to relevant download link for your device.
- Sign-in: Log in by following the instructions in the email you received.
If you’ve not received an email about becoming a Group Manager, contact your Club Admin.
Create your first group
- Add group: When you first log in, you will be prompted to create your first group
- Personalise group: Add a name and image (optional) to personalise your group.
Add group members
Now your first group is created, you have two options to add members:
- Registered members: choose from existing club members and send an invite.
- Invitation code: create and share a code which anyone can use to join the group (you’ll still approve them before they enter the group).
Create events for your group
- Add Event: From the Home tab, click the blue "Add Event" button, or from the Events tab, click the "Add" button in the top right corner. You can also add an event directly from the Group by selecting Events and clicking the blue "Add Event" button.
- Populate Event Details: Provide event details including category, start time, where, when, set frequency (daily, weekly or bi weekly) and a description.
- Send Invitations: Choose the group to invite and click Save. Group members will receive an event invitation and a push notification if they have the Clubforce Connect app downloaded.
Send messages to group members
- Group Chat Creation: When a Group Manager creates a group, a messaging group is created automatically for it.
- Access Messages: Click on the Messages tab to see all your groups.
- Send a Message: Type your message in the Message field and click the blue arrow button to send. Your message can include emojis and URLs (which are automatically converted to links). Notifications are sent to members with message notifications enabled.
- Control Messaging: Turn off two-way messaging in group chats if needed by selecting “turn off two-way messaging” from the three dots at the top right of the screen.
You can also share news posts including images that only go to your group or add polls into your message rooms.
