How do I turn off/on two way messaging for my Group?

As a Group Manager, you will be able to either enable or disable two-way messaging in group chats, providing more control over group communication. 

When a group is created, a group chat room is automatically created, and all group members will be able to send and receive messages. Therefore, the default control will be that two messaging is on.



If a group manager does not want members to send messages, they can turn this off by 

• Going to the group chat room
• Clicking on the 3 dots
• Selecting “Turn off two way messaging” from the options 

When a GM turns off two way messaging, the keyboard for members will be removed and text will be displaying “Two way messaging is turned off for this group chat”.



Group managers will still be able to send messages in the group chat room and members will be able to see the message and receive push notifications.
