If you need to delete your Clubforce account, you can do so via the Connect App. If you do not want to delete your account via the app, then you must send your request to the Clubforce Support Helpdesk via emailing info@clubforce.com
- You must send the request from the email address connected to your account and provide your full name.
- The Clubforce Support Team will review your request and respond within 7 days. Unless there are pending payments, they will complete your request to delete your account.
- You will no longer be able to login to the app or your my account from the website and your personal details will be deleted
Please note, if you have any connected children, then all members will no longer be available for the Group Manager to add those members to groups, events, communications etc.
Log into the Clubforce Connect app with your Account Details. If you do not remember your password, you can reset it. Once logged in, click on the white circle with your initials to bring up the settings menu. You can then click on the My Account option.
In the My account area, there will be a red button titled Delete Account which you can click to proceed.
You will be presented with a confirmation pop up to confirm you wish to delete your account. Click the red Delete button to proceed.
You will no be presented with a final confirmation screen, informing you that you will no longer be able to login to the app or your account. If you still want to proceed with deleting your account, click the blue Confirm button.
You will be presented with a success page - Delete account completed. Once you exit, you will be logged off the app and will no longer be able to login
