When logged into the Clubforce App, click on the White Clubforce icon in the top left hand corner. This will bring up a menu with the following options.
- My Details
- My Purchases
- My Favourite Clubs
- Team Notifications
- Contact Us
- Log Out.
My Details will list the details you entered when you first registered with Clubforce. These details will automatically populate any Membership form you complete online. If you need to update these details, simply select the relevant fields you want to update and then click the Blue Save button at the bottom of the screen.
My Purchases will list every transaction you’ve made with Clubforce. A record is kept of all Membership, Lotto or Tickets you’ve purchased through our system. By clicking on an entry, you will get additional details associated with this purchase.
My Favourite Clubs will list all clubs you’ve marked as favourites. This will not list all clubs on your newsfeed, only the ones you’ve specifically selected as your favourites.
Notifications will list all unread notifications that you’ve received on the Clubforce App. Simply selecting a notification on the list and viewing it will remove it from the previous menu. You can also delete notifications by swiping left as demonstrated.
Team Notifications will list all Group message notifications you’ve previously responded to. You can change your previously selected response by selecting a message before changing the response.
Contact Us allows you to contact us via email through firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also contact our office by calling 091 506048
Permissions allows the member to customise their communication preferences for the clubs they’re registered with. All a member has to do to change the previously set consent is tick the box beside Email or SMS. These preferences can be changed at any time and can only changed by the member.
