If you are part of a Group that has returned to training, you will be sent Training Invitations by the Coach or Manager of this team. This Invitation includes a COVID-19 questionnaire for you to fill out for yourself or your child. When an Invite has been sent, you will receive a Push Notification on your phone. Click on the notification to open the Clubforce App or log in and go to Team Notifications on your menu.
You will see the details of the training event summarised at the top of the invite. Please read this information carefully as it may include a link for you to click on it. Below this message, you will see a Blue drop-down menu on the left. If you have more than one child involved in the team, then you can answer for each child individually by selecting their name. To the right, you will see status of the response for the member selected.
As you scroll down, you will see a series of questions that form the COVID-19 questionnaire. If you answer YES to any of these questions, or if the recorded temperature is above 37.5, you cannot accept this invitation. A pop-up will appear advising to decline this invite and the Accept button will be greyed out. It is recommended that you contact your GP by phone if you display any of the symptoms listed in the questions.
If you answer NO to all of the questions, and the recorded temperature inputted is lower than the threshold, then you may accept the invitation and participate in the training. By clicking the Blue Accept Button, your response will be sent to the Team Manager or Coach.
If you need to change your response for any reason, you can return to this Invite at any time. Simply go to your sub menu on the App and select Team Notifications. A list of all previous standard messages and Invitations will be listed for you to access. Select Invitations and choose the Invite you want to update. The updated response will be sent to the Team Manager of your Group.
