If any of your members need a refund for a Lotto Playslip purchased online, you will be able to process it on your admin panel. The process, while similar to Refunds for Membership Registrations, does have important differences that should be noted.
- Partial refunds are not supported
- Refunds can only be applied for playslips purchased in the past 3 months
- Bulk imported playslips, mobile seller playslips and cash/cheque playslips cannot be refunded
- Only credit/debit card purchases can be refunded
To process a playslip refund, follow the steps below
- Log in to the Clubforce admin panel
- From the left-hand menu choose Accounts
- From the sub-menu choose Refunds
- Click the + New Playslip Refund button to create a new refund
- Enter the Playslip ID and relevant refund details on the form
- Double check the details, and click the blue Refund button to submit.
The member and the club will receive a confirmation email and it can take up to 10 days to process the refund.
