How do I select Lucky Dips for my online Lotto?

When running your online Lotto with Clubforce, you also have the ability to select Lucky Dips if you want to choose one of your lucky dip winners from your online players.

You'll need to be editing your Lotto draw to access this option.

1. Log in to the Clubforce Admin Panel
2. Click on Lottery in the left-hand menu
3. From the sub-menu choose “Lotto Draws” and select List.
4. Click on drop-down menu on right hand side of your most recent Lotto Draw and select "Edit" to edit this Lotto Draw.

After checking your online entries, you'll be able to select Lucky Dips. Click on the button to open a pop-up window on your browser.

This page will allow you to select online lucky dip winners. Since players can have one or more lines entered on their playslips, you have the ability to choose from the number of playslips entered or the lines entered. After entering the number of dips you want to select, click on the Blue arrow button on the right

(If your club has a policy of selecting two or more lucky dip winners, then we recommend that you choose your weekly lucky dip winners from the playslips entered rather than from the lines entered. This is because if you select your lucky dip winners from the lines entered, then if one lotto player has multiple lines, s/he may win both lucky dip prizes)

The players will be selected at random and be presented on screen for you to review. Please take note of these winners and add them to your results email in the final stage of updating your Lotto Draw
