What is the Earned Income report?

The earned income report allows you to determine the value of lotto tickets inside a particular period of time eg. an accounting year. This report will display information on the number of lines bought, number of draws bought, the draws within date range and the overall value of a ticket overall compared to the date range selected. This report is primarily used for accounting purposes within a club.

To access the Earned Income Report on the admin panel, take the following steps:

1. Log in to the Clubforce admin panel
2. On the left-hand menu click “Lottery”
3. From the sub-menu choose “Earned Income Report”
4. Select the date range you want to review and click "Find

To export this as an excel file, click on Export to download the report
