After an Invite for Training has been sent out, any Group admin assigned to a team can check the status of responses through Manager View. They can also mark the attendance of each person in the Group once Training begins even if the member has not submitted a response.
In order to review this information, the Manager/Coach will
- Log into the Clubforce App
- Open their menu and select Manager View
- Click on the Pie Chart icon in the top right hand corner.
A list of all Standard Messages and Invitations that have been sent out to this Group will appear. Select Invitations and choose the Invite you want to review.
A graph display will appear breaking down the responses from the group members. You will be able to view the Members who have Accepted, Declined, those who haven’t replied and All Members by clicking the relevant heading. When you click into any of the headings, the members will be listed on screen. The name and inputted temperature will be visible for the member but by clicking on the eye icon on the right hand side, you will be to see the full response of this member and their contact details.
When training has commenced, you can begin to mark the attendance of the members present at training. You can click to view All members in the group and simply tick the Attended box as demonstrated on screen. This will dynamically update the Attendance Reports in the Clubforce system, which will be emailed to each Group admin after the training has concluded.
Please note that while you can still mark those who haven’t responded to the questionnaire as having attended, the decision to let these members participate in Training rests solely with the Team Manager or Coach of the club.
