In order for your Coaches and Managers to be able view their team and send out Communications, they will need to be assigned as a Group Administrator in the Main admin panel.
Once assigned, the Manager/Coach will
- Log into the Clubforce App
- Open their menu and select Manager View
- Click on the blue Select Members to Send Message button to choose their recipients
- Click blue button again to bring up messaging screen
- Choose Invitations messaging format in drop-down menu on top right hand side.
From here, the Manager/Coach will create a training event including event date and time and a name for the event e.g. First Team Training 24th July. They can also include a hyperlink to redirect Group members to a website for further details on Return to Play guidelines.
