If you wish to send an email to your registered members or Lotto Players, you can do so via the Communications tab on the back office.
When you click on the Communications tab, select the option titled Once off email
Clicking on this will show an Email history of all previous emails, with the most recent email first. This will include date sent, Club Admin name , Email subject and how many recipients the email was sent to;
To send a new email, you can click on the blue Compose button on top right hand side.
When sending an email, you'll be asked to select recipients - which will be either your registered “Members” or “Lotto” players. You will also have the ability to add additional recipients by manually typing their email address in the mailing list field.
Below this field will be a Subject field for the title of your email and then a larger field for you to input the content of your email. There will be a basic text editor available to allow you to better format the email you are sending, including the ability to hyperlink URL's.
When you're happy with the finished email, you can click the Preview and Send button to bring up a preview of what the email will look like. The sender will show as club name and the email address it will be sent from will be no-reply@clubforce.com. The club crest will show in the email and recipients will not see each others email address.
If you're happy with the preview, you can click the blue Send button to send the email to your members.
Only those who have chosen "Yes" to being contacted on their permissions will receive the email. If any member or lotto player wishes to unsubscribe for club communications, they can do so directly through the Email itself in their inbox. They can also log into the MyAccount area to change their permissions, should they wish to either unsubscribe or resubscribe.
