How do I add a hyperlink to a Newsletter?

The Newsletter feature within the Communications tab is great way of contacting your member database in relation to Lotto, Fundraising Events and much more. Clubforce compiles all registered member data to create a mailing list you can utilise as a target list for increasing club revenue.

When compiling your newsletter, you can add hyperlinks for your members to click on and bring directly to a new page. However, simply copying and pasting a link into the editor will not automatically generate a hyperlink in the Newsletter. To properly embed a link to your newsletter

1. Choose the the Link option on the sub menu in the editor.
2. Copy the link into the URL section 
3. Click OK to confirm this change.

You will now see the link has been formatted on the editor. Be aware that by clicking on it now after its been formatted in the editor will not automatically create a new page. However, once you have sent out your newsletter, your members will be able to click on the hyperlink and access the content you desire.
