Before you assign members to a group in the Clubforce app, you must create a group.
Once this part is complete, take the following steps to add members to your group:
- Click Communications in the left-hand menu
- Choose Groups from the sub-menu
- Navigate to “Assign Members”
- Choose your group from the blue dropdown menu at the top of the screen
- Choose your criteria for bulk adding members (e.g. registration form, gender, DOB etc)
- Click the “Assign Members” button to add them to your group
You can also add individual members to a group by entering their name or email address and clicking “+ Add Member”
