If you have missed an installment payment owed on your Membership that you need to pay and/or need to update the payment details on your member account, then you will be able to do so through the My Account area.
To log into your Member Account, click on the link below

You will need to type in your email address and password to proceed. If you do not remember the password you inputted when creating your account, you can click Forgot Password to reset your password. If you are still having issues accessing your Account however, you can contact our Support Team via info@clubforce.com
Once you have logged in, you'll see a screen titled My Account, with your main details. If you need to update your card details, then go to the Payment methods tab on the left hand side menu.
In the Payment methods tab, you will see a list of existing cards saved on your Member account. If you need to update the expiry date of an existing card, you can do by clicking the pencil icon to the right of the card details. You will also be able to remove an existing card if it is not saved default card on your account.
If you wish to add a new card, click the blue New Payment Method button in the top right hand corner.
When adding a new payment method, you'll be asked to input the Name on the card and the information of this card. You will also be able to set this payment method as the default record for all future payments on your account. Once these details have been inputted, click the blue Save Payment Method button
Once your payment method is confirmed, you can now process any outstanding Arrears on your memberships. You will see a red banner at the top of the page highlighting that there are Arrears to be processed. You can view the details of these Arrears and proceed to payment by clicking the Pay Arrears button.
After clicking this button, you will see the details of the Order, including the members registered along with the total figure that is in Arrears. Click the blue Next button to proceed.
You'll be asked to select a payment method to process the arrears with. Once selected, you can click the blue Pay Now button to submit payment.
Once submitted, a green banner will appear at the top of the screen confirming Arrears payment submitted. The red banner will disappear and your membership payments will be up to date again.
