How do I process Lotto Draw Results?

Now that your Club Lotto is live, you’ll be able to manage it completely online on a regular basis. The most important and regular aspect of this will be the processing of your Lotto Draw results.

To process the results of your most recent Lotto draw, click on the Lotto tab on the left-hand side menu and select Draws.

On the next page, you will see a summary of Lotto draws for your club. At the top of the page, you will see the details of your current draw and next draw. Your current draw will be the upcoming Lotto draw that week which will be processed. The next draw will be the draw following that. The details will include the date, draw time and Jackpot set. On the current draw tab, you will have icons that can be selected to share the draw details on Social Media.

Below the Current Draw and Next Draw tabs, you will see a list of all previous draws processed online for your club. You will be able to view thew Playslips entered in each draw by clicking the Playslips button and view the details of the draw results by clicking the More Details button.

If you have any draw that has not been updated, there will be notice listed at the top of page, indicating that Some draws require your attention. It will detail the draw or draws that require updating and what needs to be finalised. This will immediately alert you to process the most recent draw results if they have not been updated. Please ensure that all draws are updated on a regular and timely basis.

To begin updating your Lotto draw, click on Go to draw to proceed. There are 4 steps to processing the results of a Lotto Draw on the admin panel.

1. Saving the Details
2. Picking Winning Numbers
3. Reviewing Prize Winners
4. Finalising Draw

Step 1: Saving Draw Details

The first step is to review and save the details of the draw. This will be already be preset from the from the details inputted in Lotto Settings and then manually on a regular basis after you’ve completed each draw. However, if for any reason, you need to change the draw date, cut-off time or Jackpot, you’ll be able to do from this page. Once you are happy with the draw details, click on the Blue Winning Picks button to proceed to Step 2

Step 2: Picking Winning Numbers

The second step is to input the Winning Numbers for the Lotto. This can be done manually or automatically using the Quick Pick button. If your Lotto numbers are being drawn offline, then you will need to input the winning numbers manually. To do this, click on any of the circles below Winning Numbers.

A pop up will appear with the full range of numbers available in your Lotto. This number range is applied in your Lotto Settings. All you need is select the numbers that were drawn in your Lotto by clicking on them in this selection. Once selected, click the Blue Done button.

If you do not draw your Club Lotto numbers offline, you can use the Quick Pick button to randomly select the numbers for the draw. When you click it, the numbers will be randomly applied.

Once the Winning numbers have been inputted, click on the blue List of Winners button to proceed to Step 3.

Step 3: Reviewing Prize Winners

After clicking List of Winners, the system will crosscheck all entered Playslips to see if there are any Prize Winners. If your Club Lotto has a Match 3 prize, then it will also check Playslips for 3 numbers as well. On Step 3, you will see the results of this crosscheck.

If there are no winners in your draw, then this page will simply list No Winners at the top. If there are no winners If there is a winner for your Lotto Draw, the system will indicate if they are a Jackpot winner, Match prize winner. The details of the winning Playslip will include the Players Name, their numbers, the Playslip ID, Email Address and their Phone Number. This will allow you to contact the person that they have won and to make arrangements for prizegiving. You will also have the ability to choose Lucky Dips from all entered playslips on this section as well. 

When you have reviewed the details of the prize winners, if any, click the blue Finalize Draw button to proceed to Step 4

Step 4: Finalizing Draw

The final step is to compile a results email to notify all players of the results of the Lotto. This is to inform them of the results and if there are any winners.

You will be able to edit the Subject Line of the email before inputting the details of the draw in the Message section. You can add different fonts and designs to the text being inputted. To get an idea of what the email will look like, you can click the Preview button to bring up a copy of the results email you are sending.

When you are happy with the content of your results email, click the blue Notify Players & Finalise Draw button. The page will refresh and you’ll be redirected back to the Draws page. At this stage, it is important to click on the Edit Icon of the Current Draw and input the jackpot for the next draw. Once this updated, it will appear on the front end of the system for your Clubs Lotto.
