The most effective Clubforce report listing your registered members and the data they’ve inputted on their online registration form can be found in the Search Submitted Members feature. In this section you can create customised templates that will always be up to date
Step 1 - Go to Search Submitted Members feature
Hover over the Memberships icon and click on the Search Submitted Members. You will notice a Search Submitted Players feature below it. Reports from here will only include active players in your club, excluding Parent/Guardians and non-playing options like OAP’s or Associate Memberships. Search Submitted Members will give you all members.
Step 2 - Create a template
On screen, you will see two menu options at the top. Saved Templates will have a record of all saved reports you created previously. To create a new template, simply enter a Name and Description in the menu on the left-hand side. Below is an accessibility option, where you can decide to let only you, or other admins of the club view this template.
Below these two menus is a larger section titled Clubs / Societies / Memberships. This is where you select the membership form and plans you want to a report from. The most recent form will be selected by default, along with Select All in the Membership Plan options. You can choose to look back at different years and plans in this section. Once this is done, go back to the top of the screen and Click Save. The screen will refresh and the template is now saved in the top left hand menu.
Step 3 - Export
You can now click Export button, which will download an Excel file for you to view with your members data. The headings in this report are default, and will contain basic information such as Member ID, name address, email, phone number, Date of Birth, gender, registration form & type and payment type.
To customise your report to include more information, such as questions on your membership and revenue, then click HERE
You will always be able to click on this saved template to run a report in future. When you click Export, the report will be accurate right up to that moment you click on Export. You will not need to repeat Step 2 again.
