If you credit/debit card has expired your payments may be in arrears. To pay those arrears you will need to take the following steps:
- Log in to your Clubforce member admin account
- From the left hand menu, under "Supporter" choose "My Cards" and update your payment details
- After confirming your card details and entering your password you will be given the option to "Process Arrears". This will charge your card the outstanding balance under "Total Arrears" to bring your payments up-to-date.
NOTE: If you had a lotto ticket set to "auto-renew" and have not updated your card details before your ticket expired, you need to purchase a new ticket to reactivate your lotto entry.
