Comparing revenue across multiple years can be done in a couple of different ways. To get a breakdown of revenue across membership, lotto, ticket events etc., you can use the Lotto Summary Report. This can be particularly useful for monthly Committee meetings and the club Annual General Meeting (AGM).
To access the Lotto Summary Report:
- Log in to the Clubforce Admin Panel
- Click on “Reports” in the left-hand menu
- Choose “Lotto Reports X2” from the sub-menu
- Select Lotto Summary Report.
Scroll to the bottom of the page, where you will see a list of years and the figures associated with your clubs active revenue streams.
You can also get a breakdown of revenue figures through the default report in Clubforce known as the Club Secretary’s Report. This is the report you see when you log into the admin panel. The Club Secretaries report will show a comparison across up to five years for membership income, lottery ticket sales and event ticket sales.
