If you have published a membership plan but wish to make amendments to it, click on Membership on the left hand side menu and select Membership plans.
You will see the details of your existing plans that were previously created. The details of your published plans will include the title, set price, status, no. of signups and a quick action menu that will allow you to either edit the details or duplicate a published plan. Click on the Edit Details button to proceed.
In the Plan Details section, you will not be able to amend the Plan Pricing, Price or Form Template sections. All other details such as the Plan Name, and Subscription Period can be edited. Once you have made your desired changes, clicking the blue Continue button to move onto Step 2.
In the Edit Forms section, you’ll be able to remove any question added that was not included in the pre-populated form. You’ll also be able to add additional questions by clicking the blue Add Question button above the form to the right. Once you have made your desired changes, clicking the blue Continue button to move onto Step 3.
If you previously set this membership plan to Publish at a date & time in the future, you will be able to amend this setting if the plan has not yet gone live. However, if you published the plan when creating it, or the date & time set has passed, you will not be able to change this setting.
You will be required to tick box which acknowledges you are aware of the plan being made available for purchase on your club website again before clicking the blue Publish Plan button. Once you click this button, your submitted amendments to the plan will be applied.
